Comau brings Racer robots to MACH 2016

Comau Racer 6 999 safeComau will be exhibiting its range of Racer robots at MACH 2016, describing it as a world-class robot that doesn’t skimp on style. The company claims the Racer3 and Racer 999 Safe offer unmatched pace and movement fluidity, and says that Racer robots deliver optimal efficiency and technological excellence wrapped up in a sharp new design.

A live demo on the stand will see the Racer 7 in action highlighting its pin point accuracy by shooting three point hoops on the Comau basketball court.

Also exhibited will be a range of standard automation products from Comau’s portfolio. The Compact Welding Gun is a lighter, more compact servo spot welding gun, ensuring the best performance in every application, significantly reducing the necessary payload of its supporting robot. Also new is the Automatic Accumulating Conveyor – a new generation of APC – crammed with new features and patents that deliver more reliable operation and reduced maintenance.

Elsewhere on the stand Comau will be exhibiting its systems integration prowess through virtual reality, come and pick up your free Comau App, enabling you to walk down a ComauFlex production line and explore all the components of this patented advanced manufacturing system.
