B&R expands with new northern premises
B&R reports that it has expanded its UK operation with the opening of new offices in Manchester. The new facility will serve customers in diverse fields such as renewable energy and the chemical industry, as well as in more established markets such as food and beverage, packaging and plastics.
The new office has been opened in response to increasing levels of business in the North of England and in Scotland. Managed by Andrew Norcliffe (pictured left), the office already employs three application engineers (pictured centre, with Simon Goodwin, right – general manager of B&R UK) including a dedicated B&R Technology Trainer.
“The highest levels of customer and application support are integral to our business model. This factor, along with the growth in our business has meant that the opening of new offices in the North of England was essential,” comments Norcliffe.
