Igus demonstrates how to set up Triflex RSP system

Triflex RSPAccording to Igus, it is simple to set up the Triflex RSP (retraction system pneumatic) on a six-axis robot. Part of the Triflex series, the Triflex RSP system is suitable for multi-axial robotic applications.

The Triflex RSP system offers consistent pullback forces on the Triflex R robot energy chain; Triflex RSP is adjustable and can be attached to various multi-axis robotic arms quickly and easily. Triflex RSP is lightweight and space saving. Triflex RSP is also available with an optional monitoring system for robots that have programme sequences that are changed frequently. The Triflex RSP monitoring system is also ideal for sequences are not 100% predictable.

While Triflex RSP is suitable for applications including heavy fill weights, such as welding robots, the Triflex RSP modular design enables complex movements. This means Triflex RSP is suitable for use across a wide range of industries and applications. Triflex RSP is ideal for flip-over, handling equipment, plastics and vehicle manufacturing.
